@glockstore didn't think this framework they perfo @glockstore didn't think this framework they performed one of our customer's pair of Glocks warranted a refund.

The fwd indexing ledges (accelerator / gas pedal cuts) were cut so deep that they went over 1/2 way through the frame sides right where the locking block (the part that absorbs all of the recoil force) sits. This severely compromises the structural integrity of the frame and safety of the gun.

They also performed a "finger groove deepening" (never heard of such a thing) that resulted in the frames being so thin, they had significant flex. Again, severely compromising the frames and leaving them unable to be stippled without blowing through.

Lastly, they performed a "backstrap reduction" that amounted to little more than removal of the factory grip texture, leaving the backstrap completely void of texture and no tangible reduction in grip size to boot. Their material removal was significant in one place, the trigger housing pin holes, further compromising the frame.

All work was very uneven, poorly finished, and of extremely poor quality.

I waited to post this to see if they would make it right or not. They replaced his frames, but would not give him a refund for the "work" done. I think that's even more unacceptable than the work they did. What do you guys think?

Remember when you #getagrip, not all shops, and in turn the work they perform, are equal. Vet your shops, even those with big names, and avoid the trouble and additional costs this poor guy is now facing. Shame on you Glockstore!! Make this right!
