Firearm restoration A buddy brought his hunting r Firearm restoration A buddy brought his hunting rifle over a few months after season to have me switch out the optic. When I opened the case and saw it's condition, I immediately knew exactly what happened. He took the gun from the cold truck bed, to the warm house without removing from the case - a recipe for this disaster. I cleaned up and Cerakoted not just the metal parts that were corroded, but also the stock and even added some texture to the grip areas and a couple other special extras, because details matter. Now he's back in action and ready for next season.
